Join my winter cohort (Nov 17-Feb 2) to learn the fundamentals of embodiment. The journey will be enlightening and transformative for all as we explore the ground, open heart, will, intuition, and imagination. Deepen your practice in community with a small group (12 or fewer) of like-minded seekers.

About the Event
This 12-week process will take you on a journey into a deeper state of presence, subtle awareness, and embodiment. There will be healing and integration. There will be beauty and bliss. There will be insight. There will be space for processing pain and retrieving parts of self. We will emerge from the process feeling more whole and sovereign in ourselves, more connected in our relationships with others, and more aware of the preciousness of life on this great planet and mother, Earth.
The alchemical container of the group is sacred and essential. It will be kept small (no more than 12 people) and we will learn together. In each class we will discuss an aspect of embodiment, enjoy a deep sitting meditation practice, learn tools for practicing on our own, and receive insight towards growth. If you have been wanting the structure and accountability to deepen your meditation practice, this is the space. If you have been wanting to be more in touch with your intuition, this will help. The fee is $650 for 12 live ZOOM classes (90 minutes each), recordings of meditations, weekly emails, and an hour 1:1 consultation with Schuyler. Please reach out if you need assistance with paying the fee or want to pay in installments over time. I can be flexible.
