COMING HOME SUMMER 2021 COHORT
Join a small group of dedicated practitioners as we go through a 14-week process of grounding, embodiment, and emergence practice. Learn to meditate, navigate the subtle body, listen to and trust intuition, feel supported in a community of like-minded seekers. Fee is $200 or what you can pay.

About the Event
The commitment for this cohort is one 90-minute session each week (morning time and day TBD based on availability of participants) plus personal journaling and self-study between sessions. Each week you will receive a topic and mini essay from me. We will then spend our live session exploring the topic through embodied mediation/sitting practice. Over time you will experience a real sense of coming home to your body and your life. Deep healing is possible here.
