Thursdays in October: 8, 15, 22, 29 from 4pm-6pm EST
Many of us are sensing the preciousness of life. So much needs to be done to shift our society from extractive and depleting systems to vital and life-giving forms. Each of us has a role to play in the transition. Whether you are at a career crossroads, a lifestage transition, or looking to apply your creativity and industry in ways that are more aligned with your soul's work, this workshop will be invaluable to you.
Over the course of 4 2-hour sessions, we'll investigate the question of meaning and purpose. We will tune in to the clues our life has already granted us as to what lights us up. We will consider the practicialities of making a living in a dying system. We will explore how to creatively and confidently position ourselves to do what we came here to do. We'll define our own sense of worthiness and metrics for success and stop using the yardstick of the patriarchy to measure our achievements.
This is not your typical "step into your power" pitch. We can't know where this journey inwards will lead us. It will be intimate, honest, vulnerable, and healing. We will reclaim parts of ourselves that we sacrificed long ago, and open old wounds that need tending. The group will provide the safety and sense of security to do the real work that needs to be done to walk through the world clear and committed to your own genius.
My philosophy and process is informed by years of coaching, healing, and faciltating group process; and influenced by Tantric Buddhism, Western Mysticism, and contemporary Design Thinking.
Each class will be highly interactive and will include:
- opening check-in circle
- dharma talk (by Schuyler)
- meditation/guided shamanic journey
- small-group practice
- closing circle
There will also be an assignment to be completed in advance of each class and you will be invited to participate in an online forum/private FB page (platform TBD).
