About the Event
This course will be an exploration of the energies of kundalini shakti from "below," and the solar spiritual energies from "above." We will gather to listen, receive, study and heal in a space of harmony and balance. This is a community of practice engaged in establishing the energetic freuency of the sacred heart in our own experience and our shared field so that we can heal ourselves and culture and move out into the world in service.
We will cover:
- subtle body practices
- meditation
- prayer and devotional practices
- sacred relating
- embodied sacred text study
- deep listening and healing
