Root, Sex, Power ~ A Lower Chakras Course (10 weeks)

Join me this summer for a deep dive into the lower chakras: the root, the sacral, and the solar plexus. These energy centers are absolutely essential for embodiment and deep healing. They are our connection to earth, each other and our own source of power and will. They are the seat of passion, desire, creativity and personal power. They help us feel at home, a sense of belonging, sensual connection with all of life (including non-human life). The lower chakras are crucial for relating and life on earth.

We will meet every Sunday from 12-2pm EST on Zoom. There will be a discussion, exercises, and meditations. In between classes, I will offer practices and contemplations. You will likely experience deep opening and transformation, as long as you apply yourself. I am keeping the group relatively small so I can facilitate an engaging experience that includes everyone and can hold you in your process.

I will screen applicants before accepting you into the course--unless I know you from a previous course. I'd like to make sure the group is cohesive and aligned in terms of what's desired and experience level. This program is perfect for anyone exploring embodiment deeply, those who are interested in knowing the subtle energy body better, and those looking to heal attachment wounding and early developmental and ancestral trauma.
